Personal training in small groups (max 6 people) at half the cost of 1-on-1.
Here's exactly what makes it work.
Personal training in small groups (max 6) at half the cost of traditional 1-on-1.
Here's exactly what makes it work.
Most people know they should strength train. But gyms force you to choose: expensive 1-on-1 sessions, overcrowded boot camp classes with no form correction, or figuring it out alone. So 'knowing you should' never becomes 'actually doing it.
The result? You pay too much, risk injury, or never build consistency.
That's why we built Fitspire. Personal training in small groups gives you expert coaching, personal attention, and real accountability—at half the cost of 1-on-1.
55-minute sessions focused on strength, mobility, and moving correctly
Hands-on coaching to keep you safe and moving correctly—not watching from across the room
Premium coaching without the $85+ per session price tag most Raleigh trainers charge
You walk in and the first thing you notice is the music — Tom Petty, not techno. Natural light pours through the glass doors. No mirrors everywhere. No one staring at themselves.
Your workout partners are already warming up. There's a retired accountant, a marketing director, a nurse practitioner. Ages range from early 40s to late 60s. Nobody looks like a fitness model. Everybody says hi.
Corey walks you through the warmup — about 12 minutes of stretching, activation work, and practicing today's movements with just your bodyweight. No rushing. By the time you pick up a weight, your body is ready for it.
The training itself is slower than you'd expect. Controlled. Corey's watching your form, cueing adjustments, making sure you're moving correctly under tension. You're not racing a clock or competing with anyone. You're building strength the way your body was designed to.
Somewhere in the session, you hit a new personal best. Maybe it's 5 more pounds on your goblet squat. Maybe it's a split squat that finally feels right. Corey notices. Your workout partners notice. It's a small win — but it's yours.
You finish feeling energized, not destroyed. A little sweat, maybe some mild soreness tomorrow — but nothing that wrecks the rest of your day. You high-five the group, grab your water bottle, and head out knowing you'll be back in a few days.
This is what training at Fitspire feels like. Not punishment. Progress.

Every session starts the same way — preparing your body to move correctly, not just "getting loose."
Step 1: Stretching to improve mobility and range of motion (hips, legs, thoracic spine, shoulders).
Step 2: Activation using bodyweight and bands to wake up dormant muscles (hips, legs, shoulders, core).
Step 3: Movement Practice We walk you through the day's main exercise with just your bodyweight first—no weights yet. This ensures you've got the movement down correctly and prepares your muscles and joints to handle load safely. You're not just warming up—you're preparing your body to move correctly and building habits that keep you limber long-term.
By the time you touch a dumbbell, your joints are ready and your muscles know what to do. This is why our clients stay injury-free.

This isn't about pushing to failure. It's about building strength that actually lasts.
Every rep is therapeutic, not destructive. Controlled movements that teach your body to move correctly under tension and load.
Full-body sessions build structural balance and real-world strength while keeping you functional between workouts. No hobbling around for three days after training.
This is strength that actually matters: picking up grandkids, carrying groceries, moving furniture, staying independent as you age.
You'll leave every session feeling better than when you walked in—not broken down. That's strength training done right.

Consistency matters more than intensity. Pick the schedule that fits your life.
Building Consistency
Get stronger at a steady pace. Perfect for busy schedules. Results take longer, but progress is sustainable.
Our Recommendation
Where real transformation happens. Proven results with a schedule you can actually maintain.
Accelerate Progress
Maximum stimulus = faster results. For those who want dramatic changes quickly and can commit to 4 sessions.
Not sure which frequency fits your life? We'll figure that out together during your consultation.

Real strength takes months, not weeks. Our tier system keeps you moving forward safely.
When done correctly with proper technique and progressions, strength training is the safest form of exercise there is. And doing it correctly? That's what we're here for.
Everyone starts in Teal. You'll master the fundamentals — squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling — before we add significant load. From there, you progress through Gold, Orange, and Navy based on how well you move, not how fast you want to go.

0-2 Months
Foundations
Learn proper movement patterns and build foundational strength. Master the basics so you can progress safely.

2-12 Months
Strength
Increase load and intensity now with proper form. Build real-world strength that translates to your daily life.

12-24 Months
Advanced
Progress to more complex movements and heavier loads. This is where you'll see and feel the biggest changes.

24+ Months
Elite
Maintain peak strength, continue challenging your body, and enjoy the capabilities you've built.
This isn't fast. It's real. If you're chasing 30-day transformations, we're not it. But if you're ready to show up, put in the work, and build lasting strength—this is where you do it.
When you train at Fitspire, you're not just joining a gym—you're training with me, personally.

I'm a NASM certified personal trainer, Pain Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), and Barbell Rehab certified. But the certifications matter less than the 12+ years I've spent helping busy professionals, parents, and pre-retirees build strength, confidence, and habits that actually stick.
I built Fitspire around small group training because every other option had a fatal flaw. One-on-one training works but costs too much to sustain. Big box gyms are affordable but offer zero coaching. Group fitness classes are fun but ignore individual limitations and push everyone the same way.
Small group training gives you the best of everything: personal attention, expert coaching, accountability, and a sustainable price. I know your name, your goals, your limitations, and exactly where you're progressing. You're not lost in a crowd or left to figure it out alone—you're coached every single session.
This is the Fitspire difference. And that's why people actually stick with it—
and see real, lasting results.
