How to Complete The Kickstart

100% Attendance

Complete all training sessions. If you miss a session, you must reschedule within the same week or forfeit your refund.

Attend Assessments

Participate in the initial assessment (Day 1) and final assessment (Day 28). Approximately 15 minutes each.

Give Full Effort

Actively participate in all training sessions with best effort. Follow Corey's coaching cues and programming.

Complete all three criteria, and your entire Kickstart investment becomes credits applied over your first 6 billing cycles (approximately 5.5 months). Walk-away refund available if needed, but most members continue—because they're seeing results.

The Kickstart is your structured entry into personal training. Four weeks proves the approach works. Most members continue because they're building real strength and don't want to lose momentum.

Is this really personal training or just a class?

It's true personal training—but in a small group.

Corey coaches every person individually, corrects form, tracks progress, and adjusts workouts based on your needs.

You're not lost in a crowd of 20+ people.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens. You can cancel any session with at least 6 hours' notice via the app.

You won't lose your Kickstart rollover eligibility as long as you attend 100% of the sessions you actually book.

How is this different from a gym membership?

At a gym, you're on your own.

At Fitspire, you have a coach every single session.

You show up, we tell you exactly what to do, we correct your form, and we track your progress. Zero guesswork.

What if I don't complete The Kickstart?

The vast majority complete The Kickstart and earn their credits.

But even if you don't meet the criteria, you still received 4 weeks of premium coaching at $24-29 per session—half the cost of traditional 1-on-1 training.

Can I really cancel my membership anytime?

Month-to-month members can cancel with 7 days' notice - just submit a form online, no phone call required.

If you commit to 6 months, you get a lower rate but need to complete those 6 months before cancelling. However, you can pause your membership for up to 1 month at a time if life happens (vacation, injury, schedule changes, etc.).

We don't trap you - we're just confident you'll want to stay.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

That's exactly why we start with a movement evaluation.

During your consultation, Corey will watch you move through 8 basic patterns to identify any limitations or concerns.

From there, he customizes your training to work WITH your body. Small groups (max 6 people) mean you get individual coaching every session.

Can I switch frequencies?

Absolutely.

Start at 2x/week and move to 3x/week when you're ready. Or start at 4x/week and drop to 3x/week.

We can adjust based on your schedule and goals.

What's the Nutrition Transformation System?

It's our complete nutrition guide (normally $179) that you get free with The Kickstart.
