It's personal training delivered in small groups — maximum 6 people per session. Corey knows your name, your history, your limitations, and your goals. Every session is adapted to you. He's watching your form, cueing corrections, and adjusting exercises based on your body. That's not a class. That's personal training.
Most personal trainers in North Raleigh charge $85–125 per session. At Fitspire, you're paying $33–55 per session depending on your plan — with the same level of individual coaching attention. Counterintuitively, small groups often produce better results than 1-on-1: the energy in the room is higher, people push harder, and the accountability of showing up for your group is something you don't get training alone.
A gym membership gives you access to equipment. Fitspire gives you a coach who designs your program, watches every rep, corrects your form, tracks your progress, and notices when you're not there. Sessions can be rescheduled with 6 hours notice through the website. Life happens — the scheduling system is built to give you flexibility without losing your spot.
Yes. Many members start at 2x per week and move to 3x once training becomes a genuine part of their routine. Frequency changes happen at your next billing cycle. We'll talk through what makes sense for your schedule and goals during your consultation.
The no-commitment membership cancels anytime with 30 days notice. The 6-month commitment runs for the agreed term — the tradeoff for the lower per-session rate. Both options are explained clearly during your consultation before any commitment is made.
It's a digital nutrition resource included with your Kickstart — a complete whole-foods, high-protein eating guide built for adults 50+. No calorie counting, no complicated meal plans.
