Your First 4 Weeks: $299–$399

Personal training in small groups, coached every session — this is where every new member starts.

Frequency 4-Week Price Per Session
2x per week Most Common $299 about $37
3x per week $399 about $33

Includes: small groups (max 6), every session coached, schedule built around your availability six days a week.

Every new member starts with a free Starting Point Session, then the Kickstart. You'll already have your Functional Age Score, so from day one training isn't a guess — it's built around where your body actually stands.

You build your own schedule through the website. Performance sessions run early morning and evening; Longevity sessions run late morning.

Four weeks is enough time to know if this is right for you. You'll find out what it feels like to be coached, not just supervised — pushed in a way that's real, but never past what your body can safely handle. Most people notice their energy shift within the first couple of weeks. Whether that's true for you too, four weeks is enough time to tell.

What four weeks won't do is fix everything. Old pain doesn't disappear in a month, and that's not the promise. What you will know by the end is whether this is a place worth sticking with, because the people who show up consistently are the ones who see and feel real change.

Every member starts in our foundational program, built to teach your body to move well before adding intensity. If something doesn't feel right for your body — a shoulder that can't handle overhead pressing, a knee that isn't ready for a lunge — your coach modifies it. Same muscles, same goal, a version that works for you instead of against you. As you get stronger, you move into our advanced program, built for people who've built the base and are ready for real intensity.

Common Questions

FAQ

Is this really personal training, or a class?
Personal training, delivered in small groups. Your coach knows your name, your history, your limitations, and your goals. Every session, someone is watching your form and adjusting for your body — that's coaching, not supervision.
What if I have an injury or limitation?
This is where Fitspire does its best work. Corey holds certifications specifically in injury prevention and rehabilitation, and every session is built to work around pain, not through it. If something doesn't feel right for your body, it gets modified — same goal, a version that works for you.
What if I can't make the same times every week?
You build your own schedule each week through the website, up to 28 days out. No fixed time slot required.
What if I need to miss a session?
Sessions can be rescheduled with 6 hours notice.
Do I have to commit to anything long-term to start?
No. The Kickstart is four weeks, no long-term commitment. After that, we'll talk through what fits you best.
Where are you located?
6675 Falls of Neuse Rd, Suite 119, North Raleigh, NC 27615.
