Month-to-month members can cancel with 7 days' notice - just submit a form online, no phone call required.
If you commit to 6 months, you get a lower rate but need to complete those 6 months before cancelling. However, you can pause your membership for up to 1 month at a time if life happens (vacation, injury, schedule changes, etc.).
