Sandra, 64

For twenty years, Sandra had a gym membership she barely used. A neighborhood gym she drove past every day and couldn't make herself stop at. A nicer gym across town that never quite felt like it fit. Two memberships, and still no consistency.

"I've been active my entire adult life but consistency has been a huge problem the past 20 years because life gets in the way and I have always prioritized others over my own health."

She turned 65 this year and decided that was enough.

"At Fitspire I get personal attention, awesome music, a pleasant clean workout area, and friends who encourage me. I started out with 2 sessions a week but I was SAD on the days I couldn't go to Fitspire! So I quickly moved up to 3 sessions a week."

She canceled both old memberships. She hasn't looked back.

Marty, 90

Marty spent 55 years as an active gardener. Then a move to Raleigh and a year of inactivity took more than she expected. She came to Fitspire skeptical, and honest about it.

"I loathe exercise and am below beginner level, have bad knees, stiff hips, limp muscles, and arthritis everywhere."

Corey didn't hand her a standard program. He built one around what her body could actually do.
