Your free 45-minute in-person session includes a 10-movement screen so you know exactly where you stand and where you're going. You'll leave with a plan and your Kickstart scheduled.

Meet Your Coach: Corey Nielsen

I'm Corey Nielsen. I'm a NASM certified personal trainer, Pain Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), and Barbell Rehab certified. But the certifications matter less than the 12+ years I've spent helping busy professionals, retirees, and everyone in between build strength, confidence, and habits that actually stick.

I built Fitspire because every other option had a fatal flaw. One-on-one training costs too much. Big box gyms offer zero coaching. Group classes ignore individual limitations.
