In my late 20s, I was directionless. I threw myself into training, built a fitness model physique, and thought having the body would change everything.
It didn't.
I had the body everyone said would make me happy. I was still miserable. The real work hadn't even started yet. So I went deeper — books, podcasts, self-discovery, meditation. I found what actually mattered: growth, meaningful work, and helping others.
Over 20+ years of lifting and 12+ years of coaching, I became obsessed with one thing: proper movement. Not just exercise — but teaching people how their bodies should move to build lasting strength without breaking down their joints.
I applied everything on myself first. That's the difference. Very few of my clients get injured because I've spent two decades figuring out what loads the muscles without breaking down the joints.
That's when I had the realization: be great at ONE thing.
