Your Chronological Age Is Just a Number.
Your Functional Age Is the One That Matters.

Most adults 50+ have no idea how well their body is actually performing for their age. This free 6-day course gives you a real number — and tells you exactly what it means.

The Concept

Two Numbers. Only One That Matters.

Chronological age tells you how long you've been alive. Functional Age tells you how well your body is actually performing for that age. They don't have to match.

Chronological Age

How long you've been alive.

It goes up every year regardless of what you do. You have zero control over it. Most people treat this as a ceiling — and it isn't.

Functional Age™

How well your body actually performs.

This one you can move. It's based on nine research-backed physical standards across strength, balance, and endurance. Train right and this number goes down while the other one goes up.

The difference between two 63-year-olds isn't their age — it's whether they trained for capability. One is moving freely, getting stronger, doing everything they want. The other is managing around what their body will allow.

What Gets Measured

Your Score Is Built on Three Things

Every standard in the Functional Age Score measures one of these. All three matter equally as you age.

Strength

Can your muscles handle the demands of daily life — and keep handling them as you age? Strength is the foundation everything else is built on.

Mobility

Can you move freely, without stiffness or pain limiting what you're willing to do? Mobility determines how much of life you can actually access.

Function

Does your body perform the way it should for someone your age — or is it quietly falling behind? Function is the honest measure of independence.

The Free Course

Six Tests. Six Days. One Honest Answer.

One email per day. One research-backed test. No equipment, no gym, no guesswork. At the end you get your Functional Age Score.

Day
1

Sitting-Rising Test

Full-body movement quality and coordination. One of the strongest predictors of long-term health outcomes in adults 50+. Standard: 8–10 out of 10.

Day
2

Push-Up

Upper body strength and full-body control. Not about looking strong — about being strong enough to catch yourself, get off the floor, and handle daily demands. Standard: 12 reps.

Day
3

Wall Sit

Lower body muscular endurance. Your quads predict your stair climbing, your getting-up-from-a-chair ease, and your long-term knee health. Standard: 2 minutes.

Day
4

Single-Leg Balance

Stability and fall prevention. Falls are the leading cause of injury-related death in adults 65+. This one isn't optional. Standard: 30 seconds per side.

Day
5

Plank

Core endurance — the foundation everything else is built on. Back pain, posture, hip stability — all of it traces back here. Standard: 90 seconds.

Day
6

Split Lunge

The most demanding standard. Tests strength, mobility, balance, and control simultaneously. If you can do this well, your body is performing. Standard: 15 reps bodyweight.

★★★★★

After only 2 months, I feel amazing and so strong. Fitspire is the best investment I've ever made. I started at 2 sessions a week but I was sad on the days I couldn't go — so I quickly moved up to 3.

I loathe exercise and am below beginner level, have bad knees, stiff hips, limp muscles, and arthritis everywhere. Corey modified everything to fit my limitations. We have been training for 10 months and I have improved.
