Begin with a 10-Part Movement Screen:
As part of your consultation, we'll take you through a 10-part movement screen to identify which exercises best match your current skill level; ensuring your safety while exercising.
Safe and Joint Friendly Workouts:
Our aim is to ensure that exercise feels beneficial, not inflammatory. With us, you won't experience constant soreness or aches. Our workouts primarily focus on slow, controlled movements to promote joint health, strength, and safety.
All you need to do is show up to the sessions and we'll handle the rest.
Absolutely! Whether it's your back, knee, shoulder, hip, elbow, etc. we can tailor an exercise program to address your specific needs, abilities, and limitations.
Here's how we'll do it:
Begin with our 10-part movement screen to assess your movement, strength, and current fitness level. This helps us decipher what's going on.
Customized Exercise Program: Based on the results of the movement screen, we'll create a personalized exercise program to ensure you're safety while exercising. Our goal is not only to help you exercise but also to improve any pain you may be having.
We offer options for 2, 3, or 4 sessions per week. Most people come 3x per week in order to reach their fitness goals.
The short answer: We currently offer a minimum commitment of one month. Allow us to elaborate.
To ensure we deliver personalized, high-quality personal training, we begin with a comprehensive consultation. In essence, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all workouts. Everything we do is tailored to each client. And achieving this level of customization requires an initial in-person meeting.

You receive customized programming, professional coaching each session, and a structured plan tailored to your goals and fitness level. The biggest difference is our small group setting, which gives you the benefit and camaraderie of a few people accomplishing similar goals. The other people in the group could even be your friends and/or family, too!
At Fitspire, our workouts are centered around strength training.
We prioritize the seven foundational movements: squat, hinge, lunge, vertical/horizontal pull, and vertical/horizontal push.
During each session, you'll work your entire body, ensuring a balanced workout and avoiding the sensation of being excessively sore. Our sessions are structured around a comprehensive 3-part system:
Warmup: Incorporating stretching, mobility exercises, and priming activities to prepare your body for the workout ahead.
Strength Training: Focused on building strength and improving overall fitness, our workouts are designed to challenge and empower you.
Cooldown: A crucial part of every session, the cooldown phase allows your body to gradually return to a resting state, promoting recovery.
Each session is ~60 minutes, providing ample time to address every aspect of your fitness journey.
Sessions are offered Monday-Saturday (mornings and late afternoons). Once you become a member, you'll self schedule times that work best for you each week.
Yes. We offer 2 nutrition programs based on your goals and needs (e.g. weight loss or healthy living).
